Jostiband at Doha Qatar.

After the participation in an international forum at Italy in October 2007 the director Lyan Verburg is invited to particpate at the third international forum for children with special care at Doha Qatar on april 20th to april 23rd 2008. Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Bin Abdullah Al-Missned the Shafalla Center at Qatar is founded.

The chairman of the Shafallah Centre, de heer Hassan Ali Bin Ali, personally invited Lyan for all efforts the Jostiband did for the disabled people at the Orchestra. The forums goal is to raise international awareness for people with disabilities. At the Shafallah Center they teach disabled people how to act in the open world in wich music takes its place. Music is number one for the Jostiband Orchestra and that's why the invitation is very good at its place. Extra information at  www.shafallahforum2008.org
